I love Laura Vaughn and her nurse Rhonda. They are amazing, listen to every problem I have and always order tests in record time. Rhonda always gets back to me as soon as test results are in and I feel very good knowing they are truly listening to me!

My family Dr. retired about 3 years ago and I had to find a new Dr. ASAP. My daughter-in-law recommended Dr. Love to me. This man is a wonderful Dr. and I can’t believe I found him. The entire staff that I’ve had interaction with over the past three years has been terrific. There is also an after hours clinic within the Irongate facility that has been very convenient. I don’t know about other Doctors there but my experience with this one has been excellent.

My husband and I switched to Iron Gate when our insurance changed and was no longer accepted at HHHN. When a new job brought new insurance, we chose to stay at Iron Gate because the team in Dr. Filion’s office was so amazing, and we’ve never even met the good doctor. We both see Sonya, an NP in the practice, who is down-to-earth, friendly, real, and approachable. She has been instrumental in helping me to stay on top of my mental and physical health. I take medication that requires visits before every refill and have bonded with the office staff exceptionally well. They are a dedicated network of care providers, from front office to exam room!

Been with Irongate and Dr. Evans for almost 40 years. They have been more than a healthcare team, they’re like a second family. I have seen Dr. Bob Evans for most of that span, but Bill Fielding and Sherri Pronto have been valuable resources as well. Now, I see Dr. Anne Evans and can’t say enough good things about her. She has picked up right where her father left off. The nurses and office staff rank very highly in my book as well. The Portal has been very useful for me; I always get quick responses from my postings. I have never regretted choosing Irongate Family Practice Associates to be my Primary Care healthcare team.

I have been a patient here for over 15 years. They have been excellent on every occasion I needed them and for annual visits. I have never had a problem getting an appointment quickly. I have always been able to be seen within 24 hrs of calling, often within an hour or two even if I was sick or had another out of normal medical concern. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr Abess’ RNs have been outstanding. Friendly, quick to return calls and handle any of my requests. Dr Abbess’ PA’s have handled most of my annual exams and other medical needs in the past about 8 years now, (I am 64) and to the point when on a vacation in WA this past Sept., I recieved a call back at 8 pm from PA Christine on a Sunday night in return from a pt portal message I had left with a medical need for Rx. Now, that is outstanding customer service! I have used their acute care at least 3 or 4 times over the 15 yrs during off normal hours as well with excellent service. The acute care center is a great service wuth exceptional after hours times. Dr Abess also treated my 80 yo father. His compassionate care to a geriatric gent was exemplary. He treated Dad respectfully as a mature adult and personalized conversations, remembering my dads woodworking hobby,which made my dad so at ease and respected. I have referred countless friends of mine to this practice without hesitation. Oh and lastly, over the past 15 years I have never, ever had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room!! Can you say that about any medical office you have been to??

I moved my primary care to Dr Love a few years ago. I can’t say enough good things about his practice. He is very attentive and caring. His nurses and support staff are extremely responsive. I am an avid user of the portal to communicate with the Doctor and nurse. I get a response usually within the hour. Amazing. Dealing with other health care providers, you can see and feel the difference. I rarely write reviews, but my satisfaction here deserves a post. Highly recommend.

I have seen two different providers here for many years. I swear that they have saved my life, when specialists have failed me repeatedly. They are very thorough and don’t dismiss any symptoms. They take their time with you and really listen. They truly care about me as a person, not just a patient. I’ve had both of my children switched over here from their pediatricians when they aged out. Every staff member here makes you feel special and well cared for.
