As home owner’s living in a 170-year-old home in rural NY state close to Rochester we have a constant need to have work done (upgrade, remodeling general repairs etc.) and finding reliable and competent companies to perform these tasks has been an uphill struggle over the past 2 – 3 years.
In lite of this and after talking with Dennis and his team – we were able to get work out a plan and have one of his many associates in to complete a major piece of our much-needed renovations. The plan was to remove down to the studs a large are of old dilapidated Lathe & Plaster and replace with new Sheet rock and make good and ready for painting. The team he sent were excellent and professional – they arrived on-tome and completed all the required work on schedule with no complaining – they were polite and very respectful of my own working requirements (work from home (due to Covid) management consultant) – so spend many hrs. of the day on conference/phone calls – they kept the demolition and rebuild noise level well down, tidy up of work areas was as excellent.
All-in-All I would highly recommend Highland Services to take care of the needs of remodeling/renovating any homes – there associated partners are in the top tier for quality, work ethics and professionalism
