A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Florida, Chad has built a distinguished career leading complex power system projects across the energy, industrial, and commercial sectors.<\/p>

Chad’s technical background includes extensive expertise in power distribution, protective relaying, SKM power system studies, microgrid development, and high\u2011voltage equipment reliability. Prior to establishing Source2Load<\/span>, he held key engineering roles at Shell, BP, and CenterPoint Energy, where he supported capital projects, turnaround operations, and reliability programs for major operating units.<\/p>

Known for his disciplined leadership and deep field experience, Chad oversees all engineering and construction\u2011phase activities at SCE, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and operational continuity. Kewa specializes in HR Consulting, implementation of corporate structure, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, and compliance. Originally a native of London, England, Kewa has been a successful business ally and has managed several projects focused on Client and Employee Relations.<\/p>

Kewa has a unique understanding of business needs and has helped several clients streamline their business practices, reenergize department teams, and boost morale and productivity while ensuring compliance during growth. Hatem has over twenty-one years of hands-on experience in the field of construction consulting and via contracting firms, providing full work scope awareness and experience including electrical design, sustainable \/green design, project management, teams and large group lead, QA\/QC, material and shop drawings submittal preparation, review, and approval, bid evaluation, tendering, technical assistance, and managing mega project sites.<\/p>

Held roles in over 30 mega projects, of which the majority were widely varied to cover all types of buildings and infra structure projects; residential, commercial, health care, substations, retail, academic, worship, airports, railway, highway and tunnels, compounds and complexes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
