Kevin and his team did a fantastic job. They arrived early and got right to work. They were extremely thorough, communicative and cleaned up before they left. We will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Kevin worked with me and my mom to make the right product choices. Logan did an excellent job! He was courteous and respectful. He hauled away the old materials and did an excellent job cleaning up. I would recommend their services. Very professional and courteous. Most importantly they were able to fix the issue with my soffit and roof gutter quickly. They also made sure to do as little harm as possible to my shrubbery

I experienced What I thought was an emergency on Sunday with my sump pump. Kevin took my call immediately. I sent photos and he Professionally explained what needed to be done. He told me all the parts I needed and was willing to walk me through doing it myself I was able to get the parts, but I didn’t trust my skill in doing the job Polite and professional service man came Monday 8 AM and was fast efficient and thorough Crisis averted. We needed an inside metal stairway railing secured, and some drywall completed behind it. I had a hard time getting a call back from businesses, then paid $80 for an in person estimate from Hearth handyman service, then with a quote of $1000. I was shocked and disappointed. Then I made the best call to Kevin and Multi Lakes. They completed the job in a very timely manner and it’s perfect, for $350. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I contacted Kevin at Multi Lakes on Thursday and he was able to get me in on Friday for a bathroom fan installation. I was given an arrival time between 10am-12pm and promised a call, 30 minutes beforehand. At 12:30, I texted Kevin to let him know that no one had arrived yet. He promptly replied he would check on it and gave me an updated arrival time.

Mark and Logan arrived at 1:40pm. They worked quickly and efficiently to do my fan installation. They were polite and cleaned up the mess before they left. The job was completed in less than an hour.

Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from Kevin apologizing for the delay in service and that I did not receive a phone call acknowledging the delay. I appreciate the fact that Kevin recognized my inconvenience and even gave me a discount on my service. I appreciate his integrity and honesty. I would hire this company again to do handyman services in my home.

Fan installation

I initially contacted Multi Lakes for a referral as I thought my job would not be worth the time considering their expertise. My Brother has Cerebral Palsy and his recumbent bike had a missing part that needed to be replaced. I wanted someone that would do a house call. Kevin called me back (on a Sunday) and said We Can Do That! To say I was shocked is an understatement. I apologize that I don’t remember the name of the service tech he sent, but what I can say is, the tech was on time (I didn’t have to be home bc the bike is in the garage) efficient and sent pictures when the job was completed. Kevin had this done as a courtesy with no cost to me. The JOY on my Brother’s face being able to ride his bike again cannot be expressed in words. If you thought KINDNESS is a thing of the past, give Kevin at Multi Lakes a call. He will renew your faith just as he has mine – Thank You!!

Hoping we found our forever handyman! Called Kevin & his team out to replace a big gutter piece. His price was fair and he was quick to respond. Only issue was we were told to expect the work to be done on a Friday or Saturday and nobody showed up. Kevin was in contact throughout though, and the work got done on Monday. Overall a pleasant experience.
