Watermark at the Grove

It had been almost 30 years since a new apartment community was built in Elgin, but that streak is over. On land that is just over a mile from I-90 and just steps from The Grove on Randall Road, Interstate Partners is building a resort-style apartment community for the mid to upper rental market. The five buildings contain 282 well designed apartments that come with some of the higher end details you’d find in condo buildings. Plus, the community itself has an outdoor pool, firepit, jogging path, dog run (and indoor dog washing station), clubhouse, fitness center, etc. It was a beautiful plan, and our job was to make it obvious how beautiful the place would be for those who rent there.
