Hearing information about the pandemic repeatedly can be overwhelming and can lead to negative thoughts and emotions.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch, or\u00a0practice mindfulness activities.\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/nccdphp\/dnpao\/features\/national-nutrition-month\/index.html\">Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/physicalactivity\/basics\/index.htm\">exercise regularly<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/sleep\/about_sleep\/sleep_hygiene.html\">get plenty of sleep<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/alcohol\/fact-sheets\/alcohol-use.htm\">avoid alcohol<\/a>\u00a0and drugs.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make time to unwind. Try to find other activities that will help you feel physically, mentally and emotionally stimulated.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Connect with others.
